C hef Karthik academically excelled in Food Production and Culinary Arts by graduating top of his college. He has diverse international experience having worked with reputed Hotels in India and Restaurant chains in Canada – Indian Roti House and 5th Element, delighting the palates of many. He was also a Group Executive Chef at Brick Lane Curry House and co-owner at Paratha Junction, one of the leading restaurants in the US.
He specializes in 9 types of Indian curry, which is combined with Paneer, Vegetables, Chicken, Meat etc. to give a new dish altogether. His popularity attained celebrity status with his signature dish, “Phaal Curry”, which is known to be the hottest curry in the world.
Executive Chef Karthik has made appearances on American (CNN International and Man Vs. Food Series), German and Japanese Television shows, on Radio programs and to Live audiences exhibiting his awesome culinary skills. His contributions have also been appreciated in many leading New York newspapers.
