About Chef Johnee
C hef Johnee graduated top of his class, received National awards for his culinary skills, which eventually led him to being recruited by Sheraton hotel group and then was drafted into Disney Cruise ships, Orlando, Florida. He worked as Head chef for one of the biggest restaurants in Central Manhattan, REVIVAL. He then decided, he wanted to serve food on a bigger platform, so he moved his focus to catering. A loving Husband and father of two kids, his food preparations echo of what home cooked food should taste like.
